1. Shipping Destinations & Services
We currently ship to addresses within Singapore. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center located at:

Domestic Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): S5.00flatrate(ordersbelowS80)
- Free Standard Shipping: Applied automatically for all orders of S$80 or more
- Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days): S$12.00 flat rate (order processing time applies)
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are evaluating expansion options and will update this policy once available.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
Orders placed before 2:00 PM SGT on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and handed to our logistics partner within 24 hours. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress.
3. Shipping Fees & Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected service and order value.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
